Return & Exchange Policy
- No returns/exchange on sale and clearance products
- We only accept returns in India.
- Returns can only be made within 3 days of delivery. We strictly do not accept returns after 3 days.
- Refund will only be in the form of store credit and not credited to the original payment method.
- No returns/exchange on customized (size and colour) products.
- A product is eligible for return only once.
- Store credit will be issued only once per order.
- Store credit is valid for 1 month after return.
- If you order something of lesser value than your store credit amount, we will not be able to refund the balance amount or carry it forward.
- Items purchased using store credit are not eligible for return or exchange.
- For any size exchanges or alterations contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- For sizing, please refer to the product details before you make a purchase and in case you are unsure about your size, pls feel free to contact us.
- We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. In the event that you receive a product that is not up to your highest expectations, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- We DO NOT offer refunds on any products due to the time and labour that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed for unavailable products.
